About this programme

Leadership is difficult to teach from a textbook. It develops when students are placed in unfamiliar situations, given genuine responsibility, and asked to work with people they have not met before. These journeys are built around exactly those moments — structured, supported, and followed by reflection so the experience becomes something students can articulate and carry forward.

Age group: Typically 12–18
Duration: Typically 7–10 days

What students do

Facilitated leadership and communication workshops
Team challenges where students hold defined roles and report back
Conversations with founders, civic leaders and organisations
Student-led presentations to the group and to hosts
Structured daily reflection led by accompanying staff
